Jesus said the phrase “He that has ears to hear, let him hear” many times in the scriptures. But He was not the first to use it. God the Father used it when talking to Moses, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. What could this phrase mean? In no case does the phrase instruct the hearer to get ears to hear (not the appendages on the side of our head).
