Elder Paul Blair – Entering Into The Holiest of All

posted in: Sermons | 0

In the Temple of God, there were courts and rooms that were accessible to people who met certain qualifications prescribed by God. There was a court of the Gentiles, the Outer Court, the Inner Court, the Holy Place, and finally the Holiest of All. It was in the Holy place where the priests offered the daily sacrifices and did their service. But in the Holiest of All, only the High Priest was allowed in one day a year – on the Day of Atonement. It was on this one day that he entered to sacrifice for the sins of the whole congregation. No one else was able to view the furnishings of this room. But now, Jesus having entered into the Holiest of All and having accomplished the atoning sacrifice, and with the Veil being rent in twain from the top to the bottom, we are now able to view into this most sacred place.
