We are constantly in a state of decline. Everything we have wears out, gets dirty, or breaks down. Our bodies need washing, our clothes need washing. Our cars and homes are in a constant state of needing maintenance. Our relationships seem to always need “fixing”. Our bodies get old. Our vision gets dim, our muscles weaken, our balance decreases, our voices get weak, our endurance fades. Why is it that way? The origin of the problem was the fall of Adam in the Garden. Sin entered into the world and the process of death began. How can man get from this depraved state? It took the power of God to clean up the depraved natural man! – To fix what was broken, wash what was filthy, renew that which fades and finally make the corrupted incorruptible.
