We understand that Jesus was the Son of God. He was God manifest in the flesh. But sometimes we forget that Jesus Christ was a man. He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. He got hungry and thirsty. He got angry. He wept. He suffered. He died. Why would God take on the likeness of sinful flesh?
