The Right Hand is the place of honor, power, authority, righteousness, dignity and strength. The Left Hand is the fools place. Scripture is evidently clear on this matter, and many of our customs are evidence of it as well. No one ever says, “He’s my left hand man”. We always raise our right hand to swear an oath or to confirm truth in a court of law. We strike the right hand to “seal a deal”, etc. Our Lord ascended after His resurrection and “sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on High”. We have a Mighty Lord and His place is at the right hand of the Father. We pray that this sermon will be a blessing to you.
