Then Paul comforts those under this struggle with this foundational principle in Romans Ch 8. 1 ¶ There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life IN Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. There are only 2 laws. The law of sin and death, and the law of the Spirit of Life. The first transgression of God’s law brought sin and death. The first obedience of God’s law brought the Spirit of Life. The obedience of Christ superseded the transgression of Adam. The law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus supersedes the Law of Sin and Death.
