In the book of 1 Peter, he describes why we have a “Lively Hope” and in chapter two, he describes these as being “Lively Stones”.
5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
