Once Saved – Always Saved? To preserve something is to keep it from being destroyed or perishing. One of the fundamental doctrines of the Bible is the absolute assurance that all of God’s children are preserved in Christ by the atoning sacrifice of His blood and God’s acceptance of Jesus’ offering to Him, forever securing those that He died for.
