Have you ever heard the saying, “There’s an elephant in the room?” Or “They’re burying their head in the sand?” These Idioms or sayings reflect the idea that there is a big problem that no one wants to talk about it, but they all know it’s there. They don’t want to be confused by the facts that are all around them. It doesn’t matter what the issue is, there are always people who don’t want to talk about the elephant or get their head out of the sand. Today, the elephant is big. Every room has one. Everyone in the room sees it, but no one wants to acknowledge it. If you ask them about it, they will deny it’s there. It’s uncomfortable to talk about. The elephant is Truth. More specifically, where we stand in relation to the truth.
