The Song of Solomon is a beautiful, poetic love letter that describes the relationship that Christ has with His Bride. Though the Shulamite (bride of Christ) had many opportunities to join him in the garden, open the door unto him, etc., it seemed that she was always a bit late to get up and go with him. May we as followers of Christ be not drowsy in our obedience, faith, or discipleship.
