We all get cast down from time to time with our disobedience and seemingly can’t find God. We feel like He has hid his face from us. We long to be back in fellowship with God and to feel his presence. David’s answer in Psalm 42 was “Hope thou in God”, or our expectation is in God, and that we will praise Him in all our conditions.
